Our story began in 2000, when Neil Raj-Kumar founded Twin Isle Traders Limited with a vision to provide high-quality, attainable building solutions for homeowners and businesses. What began in construction and development has since evolved into an integrated property group, bringing together expertise in real estate, property development, construction, architectural and engineering consultation, and project planning.Today,

Twin Isle Group takes a comprehensive approach to property. From identifying an opportunity and evaluating its potential, to planning, developing, building and bringing it to market, our experience allows us to guide projects through every stage of their journey.

Our portfolio reflects that approach, with developments across some of Trinidad's established residential communities, including Belmont, Cascade and Maraval. Projects such as Queen’s Park Court, Villas Rivière, Cote Montagne and Ruleen Place represent our continued focus on thoughtful design, functionality and lasting value.
